I still don't agree with the "if Obama was white man" hypothetical. The other day I heard Pat Buchanon talk about this idea and I like what he said, which I'll paraphrase here. He said, that if Obama were caucasian he would be a smarter, better-spoken and more likable version of John Edwards. I agree and I think that he'd be more electable than Edwards.
