I’m no spring chicken, but that’s pretty damn old. Older than McDonald’s? Hell, I was either conceived or born in a McDonald’s bathroom. I can’t remember which, man I really need to call mom and see how she’s doing. To this day when I taste special sauce all of these freaky repressed memories surface.
Video #2 – John Sidney McCain meets the press and the Straight Talk Express gets derailed.
Johnny Boy has sold himself as the “Straight Talker”. I don’t doubt him on that. He’s a straight talker, when his foot isn’t planted squarely in his mouth that is. Take look and listen to this beauty:
The look on his face is freaking priceless. Russert wasn’t even going for the gotcha moment, it just became one. Watch the video closely, before McCain decides to take the source of the quote to task, Russert was about to tell him that it was his own quote. Personally, I find that Tabasco really makes a good helping of foot go down easier. Sriracha (Rooster Sauce) isn’t bad if you’re into the whole pan-Asian cuisine thing.

Here’s the latest from the DNC. McCain’s folks are getting their respective panties in a wad over this one. However, just like the previous clip, it’s merely words straight out of J. Sidney McCain’s mouth:

Oh, wow, I just couldn’t finish watching video #2. That is SO EMBARASSING. :sigh:
Can someone explain to me why McCain insists on ‘not changing policies mid-stream’ because I truly don’t understand it. He used to be a politician that I greatly admired.
When is a 3rd Party candidate going to arrive? I just can’t, whom am I going to vote for?
@Ralph – it was looking like Bloomberg would step into the fray, but all indications are that he won’t. If Hillary gets the nod I won’t be voting the party line this November, I can tell you that.
I will laugh my ass off if McCain runs the table against Billary.
Ok the first one was not really funny at all… The sec one, well you’re all ignorant because how can you quote a man over 15 years ago in a diff war??? WAKE UP FARE LEFT!!! I been to Iraq three times and I can tell you it has changed and gotten a lot better. I don’t care what the news says because I was on the frontlines picking up Marines, little kids that got hurt because of IEDs, and talking to the locales giving them clean water. So go talk about CHANGE, how we can CHANGE the CHANGE and help the CHANGE, because that’s what CHANGE is all about!
I used to really think that although I didn’t agree with him on issues that he thought he was doing what was best for the country. But now he sounds like a Rove puppet. So sad.
Because he’s a dick!
